Do something for yourself, whether it is having an hour a week to work out, give yourself a mani/pedi, drink a cup of tea, read...whatever leaves you with yourself for a while.
Being a mom/dad, wife/husband, employee etc can be demanding and I truly believe it is important to give yourself some YOU TIME.
Enlist a friend or family member to entertain the children for an hour, utilize nap time to your advantage, find a gym with childcare...
Treat your body and mind well. It is the only one we have!
